Appropriate use of the internet and inappropriate use of the internet is different to everybody. Some people think porn is ok but to me its not. A parent shouldn't have to worry about who their children are talking to on the internet. If you use the internet for that type of thing your abusing the internet. 

Ive worked with photoshop before but the feathering and the background thingy and the third eye things were all new to me.
